It's All About Respect at LMS!
Welcome back from Spring Break. We hope that you had the opportunity to take a break from Remote Learning and connect with family and friends while Social Distancing.
We are beginning the next Phase of Remote Learning this week. This is our "3rd phase" of Remote Learning. In the first phase (March 17 - 22) was comprised of the packets distributed to students on March 16. The second phase (March 23 - April 9) was comprised of our "tinyurl" with access to packets as well. The third phase (April 20 - May 15) will be a combination of the "tinyurl" and Google Classroom with severely limited packets.
In order to keep everything organized with embedded links to resources and explanations, we are encouraging parents and students to access our Parent Guide to Remote Learning at LMS. This is also linked on the right hand side of the blog. This guide will explain grading and provide contact information for various questions.
Food Distribution
Our building will now be open on Mondays for Food Distribution from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM. Food distribution will be on the Target Side of the building near the cafeteria where Latch Key is located.
Lakeside Front Office
Our Front Office will be open from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM on Mondays. We will have an administrator available to assist you if needed.
Morning Announcements (April 20 - May 15)
We will be live at 8:25 AM Monday through Friday with announcements starting at 8:32 AM. Please join us on the Lakeside Official Facebook Page.
Daily Announcements
Any 8th grade student who received a Frank Morrissey Scholarship Application from Mrs. Ciccio needs to scan them and send them to her through email before April 24th. If you have any questions, please email her.
Students, don't forget to check your gmail and Google Classroom every week for updates.
Helping Parents Understand Infinite Campus
As we get closer to distributing report cards for the 3rd Marking Period, there are many parents that have not setup their Infinite Campus Parent Portal accounts which will provide a copy of Progress Reports and Report Cards.
