September 28 - October 2, 2020

Ms. Carroll at the gleaning

Lakeside Lightning,

The School of Tomorrow, Today!

We had an excellent turnout for our "gleaning" project with the NJ Farmers Against Hunger on Monday, September 21, 2020. We gleaned about 4 large containers of peppers for area food banks and community centers. Everyone who participated enjoyed the experience and the representatives from Rowan College and NJ Farmers Against Hunger were so grateful for our assistance. We will let you know when the next event will be taking place.

We are getting prepared for the upcoming transition to Hybrid and Virtual Learning Experience on October 13. Our administrative team has visited area schools and has been working collaboratively with the district administration on finalizing plans for the schedule as well as the building preparation. We will be doing a video shortly to describe the Hybrid and Virtual Learning experience so that everyone is aware of the procedures and expectations. This is all unchartered territory but we are ready for the challenge!
