Isia and Ms. Carroll social distancing |
Lakeside Lightning,
The School Of Tomorrow, Today!
We had a very successful first week of Hybrid Learning at LMS. We were so impressed with the staff as they welcomed everyone into the building, reviewed in-person expectations, and followed the protocols set forth. The students were all screened prior to entering the building, kept their masks on (unless going outside for a mask break) as well socially distanced in the hallways and cafeteria.
This week we look to continue our in-person instruction as we also maintain our online/virtual learning. Here is the schedule this week. Be sure to reach out to your teachers or guidance counselor if you have any questions.
Change of Environment Form - Changed your mind about the education environment this year?
Be sure to fill out this form (click here) if you want to switch from Hybrid to Virtual or Virtual to Hybrid. All changes must be in by October 30, 2020. Changes will go into effect for the second marking period if approved.

Visitor Policy Access to all District facilities will be limited to current students, current staff, approved vendors and contractors, and parents/guests with administrative approval. Until further notice, no other visitors will be permitted on District premises.
Parents/Guardians who want to enter the building must make an appointment with a staff member 24 hours in advance. Once approved, the parent/guardian must show ID, wear a mask and fill out a screening form. If you have any questions about this, call 856-293-2420.
