Welcome back from our November mini break. We are excited for another awesome week at LMS. Can you believe that we are closing in on the end of the first marking period? Be sure to check with your teachers about questions with your grades now as opposed to the last minute. Each teacher has their own procedure on make up work.

Were you able to participate in our Back To School Night 2020? Our teachers worked very hard on their videos and overview of their classes.

Weekly Academic Schedule

Club 21

We are very excited to announce that any students in grades 4 to 8 will be able to participate in a series of free virtual experiences in the after-school hours. These include academic assistance, homework help, and fun activities, such as science experiments, art projects, and virtual field trips. The Millville Public Schools are honored to receive a new 21st Century Community Learning Centers grant from the New Jersey Department of Education. To participate in any of the activities, students must be registered at this time for Club 21. This can be done on the home page of our website, www.millville.org under Important Links or directly at tinyurl.com/mpsclub21.

Visitor Policy Access to all District facilities will be limited to current students, current staff, approved vendors and contractors, and parents/guests with administrative approval. Until further notice, no other visitors will be permitted on District premises.

Parents/Guardians who want to enter the building must make an appointment with a staff member 24 hours in advance. Once approved, the parent/guardian must show ID, wear a mask and fill out a screening form. If you have any questions about this, call 856-293-2420.

Lakeside Gets New Picnic Tables

As a result of a grant with Rowan College of NJ, AVID and Whole Health Ed., Lakeside received several picnic tables for students to use during lunch or even mask breaks. Thank you to Dr. Kate Felice, Professor at RCGC, for her tireless effort to ensure our school received this grant!
